Enterprise Agility Specialist
Agile transformation pitfalls – and how to avoid them 🇩🇪
The vision of business agility may sound straightforward, yet the road to achieving it is bumpy, demanding a lot from both employees and their leaders. Agile frameworks offer orientation but lack the detailed blueprint one would wish for – so enterprises have to embark on their very individual agile transformation journeys, which exposes them to a high risk of getting lost midway, leading to potential frustration and failure. Understanding common pitfalls allows to navigate more effectively throughout an agile transformation, unlocking its benefits early on.
Agnes Vero McCann is Enterprise Agility Specialist at Accenture | SolutionsIQ, advising clients on how to scale agile, leveraging practical experience gained from roles as Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master and Requirements Engineer. Her main focus during the last 5 years were complex digital transformation projects, especially in the telecommunications, retail and insurance sector.
Agnes joined Accenture AG in 2018. Prior to this, she worked as Senior Consultant at Namics AG. She holds a Master of Science in General Management with focus on Organizational Behavior from WHU Vallendar.
