Based in Switzerland, Daniela is a lead for global employer branding and talent engagement strategies at Google. As an advocate for Google’s culture of innovation, she is passionate about investing in leaders and organizations to develop people, products and businesses. Daniela has 15+ years of experience in leadership, culture of innovation, executive client management and People Operations, which allow her to share her insights into how Google’s working culture drives innovation.
Outside of Google, Daniela is passionate about education, career development and citizenship – she has completed an executive program for women leaders at Stanford, is a guest lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration (HWZ Zürich) for an EMBA Program on Digital Leadership, sits on the Advisory Board of Inspire 925 and is a Board member at HFW Higher Vocational Education Bern.
